Welcome to our new website!

We've been teaching kids for 24 years, been in business for 14 and we love what we do! Teaching kids how to be Good, Strong and Safe has been a family mission. In 1981 Mike and I both became in learning martial arts and self defense and began teaching. Over the years we have developed our own style of teaching women and children how to protect themselves and be aware of their surroundings. Our own kids have grown up in this mission of ours and have adopted it as their own.
